PREFACE: We must concentrate/focus on making differences in lives of Black people without degrading or alienating any people.


1) Identify/refine core values and assess quarterly.

2) Continue to sustain and improve the Mandated Programs that are on track as reported in 2006 Year’s Review.

3) Increase the number/improve the relevance of family activities to at least one per quarter focusing on the Mind, Body, and Soul.

4) Stay engaged in community actions focusing on Black events, MLK parade, Juneteenth and Black History Month.

5) Re-invent the Mentorship Program apply a broader focus and plan quarterly activities.

6) Make a concentrated effort to find and support talent capable of placing in the top three at District and International levels by 2008.

7) Develop a 21st Century Marketing Plan that maximizes our “Footprint” in the surrounding communities.
